Fixed startup failure after installing Sector Studio

  • Startup previously tried to create `artifacts/logs` inside the installation folder before opening the main window.

Added

  • Application logs now use `%LOCALAPPDATA%\AuroraSectorStudio\logs` for both installed and portable builds.

Improved

  • File-system failures during logging setup no longer prevent the application from opening.

Fixed

  • Fixed startup failure after installing Sector Studio into Program Files with a standard Windows user account.
